USA - The Plutocracy of Wall Street

I believe the two most destructive forces in the world of finances are without a doubt, greed and usury.  These are the natural allies of the banks, par excellence.  We all know that the hipocrites of high finance are shamelessly taking advantage of the virtues and honesty of the common people.  The lives of the people are nothing more than instruments for their own interests.  The suffering of the poor are not of any interest to them, the 8 million people who have lost their homes due the defaults on their mortgages.  And of course the 6 million pensioners who have seen their funds decimated thanks to the frauds perpetrated by Wall Street.  This will not give them sleepless nights and neither will the directors of Adidas be affected by their conscience when they pay peanuts in the emerging economies.

The Russian writer Fedor Dostoyevsky was right on the money (no pun intended) when he wrote about the world of these reptiles in his novel Crime and Punishment.  I would strongly recommend this book and you will comprehend the true nature of these vultures.  In the present day, the bankers and the directors of financial institutions of high risk are, in the public's opinion, the new worshippers of the golden calf.  I am of the opinion that with our determination and strength, if we really want to, we can challenge and overcome the dominant religion that is ferocious capitalism.  We will never have justice and be free at the same time until our fellow human beings attain justice.
